Jay D's Louisiana Barbecue Sauce officially launched its first commercial batch on the 4th of July weekend in 2014. I had been concocting the recipe for a few years as I dabbled in competition barbecue and charity cookouts.

The first batch of Jay D's Blanc du Bois hit the market in time for Memorial Day 2015. The collaboration with Landry Vineyards is an effort to raise awareness for Louisiana-grown grapes. Each year brings out a new vintage.

For the holidays in 2015, Jay D's Louisiana Molasses Mustard arrived on store shelves. I created this product for the first time on an episode of Food Network Star and after I got the seal of approval from Bobby Flay, I decided that it belonged in a bottle!

In the spring of 2016, Jay D's Spicy & Sweet Barbecue Rub was born. I had the recipe for my dry rub from back when I was creating the sauce, but I wanted to take it one project at a time.

While I've been drinking coffee for years, I never imagined I'd have my own coffee. That is until I found a source for some really special beans that I knew I had to work with. In October 2016 we launched a small batch of Jay D's Single Origin Coffee, a collaboration with Baton Rouge's Cafeciteaux Coffee Roasters. The entire coffee story is really pretty cool. It's about thinking globally while acting locally. You can read it here.

There's surely more to come, but for now please enjoy our fine products, all of which are crafted in Louisiana!
