Jay D's Coffee Chile Rub was developed for Gov't Taco's brisket by Chef Aimee Tortorich and Therese Schneider. A combination of Jay D's Single Origin Coffee, brown sugar and multiple types of chilies, the rub gives a smoky and spicy flavor to any meats. The darker the meat, the better the rub. Use it on steak, lamb, duck, venison and more! Also contains kosher salt, coarse black pepper, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander and more.
